UNLV Stadium Project - Your Feedback Requested
Participate in an important survey about the proposed stadium project on the UNLV campus by Mar. 4.
I am writing to you as a fellow alumni and supporter of UNLV seeking your feedback as we consider constructing a new stadium on the UNLV campus.
The new stadium would give UNLV a state-of-the-art home for its athletics teams and provide the region with an important new facility to allow Las Vegas to host additional events/tourists, to include concerts, sports, and other special events.
We recognize the need to make stadium safe, fun, and as convenient as possible while creating new revenue streams. An on-campus stadium is a key component in our long term plans to build and sustain a championship caliber program in the Mountain West, allowing us to consistently compete among the other programs.
As a proud alumnus/a of UNLV, we need your opinion. Please click on the link below to access the stadium survey. The final deadline to complete this survey is Tuesday, March 4, 2014.
As a way of saying Thank You for completing this important survey your name will be put into a drawing for one of two prizes: an iPad mini and a complimentary lifetime membership in the Alumni Association.
We appreciate your participation in this important survey.

About the Stadium Project
The Nevada State Legislature authorized AB335, which called for the creation of a Campus Improvement Authority Board (CIAB) to study the need for, feasibility of, and financing alternatives for a large events center (Stadium) on the UNLV campus. The board is made up of 11 representatives from UNLV/Board of Regents, Clark County, and hotel/resort and other business interests in Las Vegas. The board must complete their study by Sept. 30, 2014, which will be reviewed by the Nevada Legislature during the 2015 session.
Convention Sports & Leisure International (CSL) has been retained as a consultant to gather important information on the stadium project from stakeholders.
